基于AMESim的液压支架移架速度研究

摘    要:针对如何提高移架速度这一问题,运用仿真软件AMESim对液压支架推移千斤顶控制回路建立了仿真模型,并对移架过程进行了仿真,得出适当增大液控单向阀阀芯最大开口量和阀芯直径能够明显减小液压系统的局部阻力,提高移架速度,但这在一定程度上会影响系统的稳定性,为合理设计优化液控单向阀结构,提高煤矿的经济效益提供了参考。
