在进行三层式结构的人力资源管理系统设计中,运用基于角色的信息存取控制模型(RBAC)。结合人力资源管理系统的应用特点,增加系列授权安全约束机制。使用直观的人机交互式授权操作,运用动态网站技术,生成不同的角色界面,为应用系统提供了方便、可靠的授权管理机制。

Design and Implement of Authorization Management in Human Resource Management System

RBAC is applied in the design of three levels structure of our human resource management system.Combining the characteristics of human resource management system,a series of security constraint are implemented in this system.For convenient and reliable of the authorization management for this system,we designed intuitional human-computer interaction to create different interfaces based on dynamic web page technology.
