地方高校毕业生就业问题及对策研究

近年来的金融危机使高校毕业生,特别是地方高校毕业生就业难的问题尤为突出。做好地方高校毕业生的就业工作,要以坚持落实"一把手工程"为核心,调动全校资源,全员参与,形成较为完善的就业工作服务网络;以培养科学就业观为抓手,积极引导毕业生到西部就业、到基层就业、自主创业等"三个引导",促进学生就业多元分布;以完善就业服务体系为架构,加强就业工作"四化"建设,即信息服务精细化、市场拓展全员化、课程体系立体化、就业工作纵深化。

Local College Graduates Employment Problems and Solutions

In recent years,the employment of college graduates,especially the local college graduates became a severe problem because of the financial crisis.To deal with this problem,we have to stick to the implementation of "first in command" as the core,to mobilize school resources,to advocate full participation,and to create a comprehensive network of employment services.We should also foster a scientific concept as the starting point of employment,and to guide the graduate work in the west and the grass-roots employment.Own businesses should also be encouraged.Our aim is to improve the employment service system framework and to strengthen "four modernizations" of employment.
