| 摘 要： | 为了能够对高新技术企业R＆D项目内部信息沟通时效性问题进行曼深入的定量化研究，构造了时效熵指标，并对该指标是否满足信息熵不增原理的要求进行了考察，得出的结论认为构造在一定假设前提的基础上是符合要求的。

| Abstract: | In order to make deeper quantitative research on the information communication within the R&D project of the high-and-new technical enterprise, this paper structures the target of the ageing entropy HfiT(t1d1), investigates that whether or not this target satisfy the requirements of the principle of no increase of the information entropy, and obtains the conclusion that the structure of HfiT(t1d1) can satisfy the requirements based on certain presumptions. |
