一维光子晶体的折射特性研究

摘    要:利用光子晶体的完全色散关系,研究了一维光子晶体中折射角与入射角之间的关系.结果表明,对于一雏光子晶体,在第一能带内,存在反常折射现象.当频率越接近能带边缘,且入射角越接近敏感区时,折射角对入射角和频率的变化越敏感.而且,敏感区随频率的增大有向小角度移动的趋势.

Abstract:By means of complete dispersion relation,we study the relationship between refracting angle and incident angle in the one-dimensional photonic crystals.It shows that,for the one-dimensional photonic crystals,there are abnormal refraction in the first band.the colser the frequency approaches the band edge and the closer the incident angle approaches sensitive area,the more sensitively the refracting angle will accordingly respond.And with the increment of frequency,the sensitive area will shift to small angle.
