| 摘 要： | 为使土地管理工作信息化，网络化，分析了土地管理的信息化特征，并提出利用数学地球先进的空间，信息及网络技术，高效地管理和利用土地信息资源，在数字地的基础上进行土地管理，可以提高地管理的科学水平。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis of the characteristics of land management and land information, it was brought forward that the digital earth based on space, information and network technology can manage and utilize efficiently land information resources for informationazition and networknazition of land management. Science level of land management can be improved further on the ground of the digital earth. |
