槐花米中提取芦丁的微型实验探讨

摘    要:以微型实验为手段,对槐花米中提取芦丁方法进行了探讨,确定了提取芦丁酸化时的最佳酸性条件,其为pH=4.0~5.0.同时用微型索氏提取器对常用提取方法进行了改进,用该法提取的芦丁虽然提取率较低,但纯度高,且操作方便.

Abstract:Rutin was extracted from Sophara japonica L. by microscale chemical experiment. In the experiment, the best pH of extraction was researched. The results indicated that the best pH is 4.0~5.0. In the same time, the general extracting experiment of Rutin was improved by microscale Soxhlet extracting equipment. Though the rate of extraction of improving method was lower, its production was purer and the chemical experiment was more easy.
