摘 要: | 紫外-可见分光光度计(以下简称UVS)是生物、化学和环保领域中非常重要的研究工具。对UVS的性能目前尚没有一个通用的定量评价标准。本文就国际上几个著名品牌UVS,从其波长准确性、波长重复性、测光准确性、扫描速度、光栅性能、软件功能和可选配的附件等方面进行综合评价,从而为选购和使用UVS仪器提供参考。

Abstract: | Ultraviolet spectrometer (UVS) is an important tool of research in the fields of biology, chemistry and environmental protection; there are no quantitative evaluation standards for the performance of UVS so far. The performances of several world famous brands of UVSs are evaluated comprehensively according to their accuracy of wavelength, repeatability of wavelength, accuracy of measurement, scanning speed, properties of optical grating, function of software and accessories. The results can be referred to in the purchase and use of UVS. |
