摘    要:基于食品的安全属性和现代食品供应体系的复杂化问题,文章提出在食品供应链中导入可追溯体系,克服食品安全市场信息不对称问题的必要性。进一步,分析了可追溯体系的实施对食品安全利益主体的影响,指出可追溯体系在控制食品安全风险中发挥作用的机制主要在于企业食品安全责任的明确以及企业声誉的保全和强化所产生的激励。

Abstract:This paper analyzes food safety as a product attribute and the complicated modern food supply system.Based on the analysis, we put forward the necessity of introducing traceability systems in food supply chain to solve the information asymmetry problem in food market.Further,this paper studies the impact of traceability systems on stakeholders of food safety.We suggest that the mechanism that makes traceability systems play a role in food safety risk control is that it provides clear liability of a firm to food safety incidents and incentives arisen from preserving and strengthening the reputation of a firm.
