摘    要:采用刚果红羧甲基纤维素钠培养基法、滤纸条降解法和胞外酶活性测定法从长白山原始森林的腐烂枯木和落叶腐质土中筛选一株高产纤维素酶的真菌,结合菌落形态学和分子生物学方法鉴定该菌株为产黄青霉,命名为CBS-1.滤纸崩解实验说明在24h该菌对滤纸就具有明显的崩解能力,6d后滤纸的失重率达到24.1%;以稻草粉为底物发酵120 h...
