| 摘 要： | 从北京奥运会游泳比赛的赛事情况和中国队所取得的成绩看，中国游泳运动的竞技实力虽有提高，但与世界游泳强国相比仍有较大差距．中国游泳运动要实现可持续发展，应从注重科研攻关，加强教练员培训工作，深化竞赛制度改革，提高运动员的参赛能力等方面多作努力，才可能实现我国游泳运动的可持续发展．

| Abstract: | Analyzing the achievements of China's swimming team during the Beijing Olympic Games,we may find that the China's swimming sports has marked a great step forward.However,there is great gap between the level of China's swimming sports and that of other competitive nations in the world.The sustainable development China's swimming sports can be achieved through scientific training,strengthening the management of the coach,deepening the policy reforming,and improving the sportsmen's competence. |
