| 摘 要： | 目的：研究血清HCVRNA含量与HCV感染者肝病程度的关系。方法：应用地高辛掺入法检测血清HCVRNA含量。在PCR过程中将DIG－dUTP掺入到PCR产物中去，再用PCRELISA法检测PCR产物，结合标准参考样本而达定量目的。结果：丙肝后肝硬化组血清HCVRNA含量显著高于丙型肝炎组。结论：地高辛掺入法检测血清HCVRNA含量可以为HCV感染者的病情判断提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | objective: To study the correlation between HCV RNA content in the serum and the degree of hepatic disease of the patients with infection of HCV.Methods: detection of HCV RNA content with dixigenionincorporated. DIG-dUTP was detected with PCR ELISA. The HCV RNA quantity was defermined with the standard sample. Result: HCV RNA content in the serum was more significantly higher in the group of liver cirrhosis after HCV than in that of hepatitis C(P <0.05). )Conclusion: The measurment of HCV RNA in the serum with digxigenion - incorporated may be used to assess the state of the patients with HCV infection. |
