摘    要:利用筛选所得解脂复膜孢子酵母(Sacharomycopsislipolytica)1460菌,在反应器中对正十六烷发酵生产柠檬酸进行了动力学研究。在Kono和Moresi提出的动力学模型的基础上,结合本实验发酵过程的特点,得出本实验条件下柠檬酸发酵过程的细胞生长及产酸动力学模型,并通过经验回归与表观气速(WS)关联,确定了模型参数。模型计算值与实测值吻合良好。

Abstract:Using Saccharomycopsis lipolytica 1460 selected from strains of yeast , study on kinetics of citric acid fermentation from n-Hexadecane were carried out in a jar fermenter. Based on the kinetic models proposed by Kono and Moresi, the kinetic models of cell growth and citric acid formation which corresponding to the characteristics of the studied fermentation were derived. Each independent kinetic parameter was correlated with superficial aerate velocity(WS) by means of empirical regressions. The calculated values of cell concentration and citric acid concentration based on kinetic models showed quite good agreement with the experimental data.
