半夏与苦参合用的镇静催眠作用研究

摘    要:目的研究半夏与苦参合用后对小鼠的镇静催眠作用。方法采用电位滴定法测定半夏药材中总游离有机酸的含量,酸碱滴定法测定苦参中总生物碱的含量,以控制药材质量;采用阈下和阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠法,对受试药物的镇静催眠作用进行比较研究;结果小鼠睡眠持续时间长短顺序为生理盐水组(20.87±14.07min)〈苦参、半夏小剂量组(38.85±16.69min)〈苦参、半夏大剂量组(41.14±15.99min)〈苦参大剂量组(44.73±16.26min)〈苦参小剂量组(47.29±19.92min),且给药组时间与空白组时间均有显著性差异。结论结果表明,苦参大、小剂量组,以及苦参+半夏大、小剂量组均能明显延长戊巴比妥钠小鼠睡眠时间,强度可与安定(1mg/kg)相当。

Abstract:Objective:To study the sedative-hypnotic action on mice of pinellia ternate with sophora flavascens ait for providing a safe and effective clinical drugs. Methods: By using the technology of direct potential titration to determine the total free organic acids in Pinellia ternate, and acid-base titration to determine the alcoloid in sophora flavascens ait, the quality of the herbs was controled, By inducing dormancy of the mice with subliminal and suprathreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital adding the herbs to evaluate the sedative and hypnotic act of these herbs. Results: The order of dormancy time of mice were NS group (20.87+14.07min) 〈 low doses of sophora flavascens ait with pinellia ternate extract group (38.85±16.69min)〈high doses of sophora flavascens ait with pinellia ternate extract group (41.14±15.99min)〈high doses of Sophora flavascens Ait extract group (44.73±16.26min)〈low doses of sophora flavascens ait extract group (47.29±19.92min), and the drug-treated groups had significantly diffences with the NS group. Conclusion: The high and low doses of sophora flavascens ait extract and sophora flavascens ait with pinellia ternate extract significantly orolonged dormancy time of mice induced by sodium pentobarbital.
