摘    要:探讨了火焰原子吸收法测定矿区植物样品中重金属铜、铬、铅的分析方法。采用高氯酸和硝酸混合酸分解植物样品,混合标准溶液绘制标准曲线,操作简便易行。样品测定表明,该方法受共存元素干扰少,灵敏快捷,检出限和准确度高,可有效提高植物样品分析化验工作的效率。

Abstract:This paper discusses the analying methods of determining heavy metals (copper, chromium and lead) by FAAS. It's easy to decompose the plant samples in mining area using mixed acid made up of perchloric acid and nitric acid, and draw standard curve with mixed standard solution. Samples determining shows that the method is less interfered by the coexisting elements resulting in faster and more efficiently.
