| Abstract: | his paper describes that fluorescent lamp source is a desirable light source for adjusting the Michelson interferometer to the state of the Film Thickness equal to zero and it also analyses the characteristic of fluorescent lamp spectrum. In addition, the paper shows the ways of operating and a practical example. |
