USB_PD协议快充移动电源设计

摘    要:为实现移动电源的大功率电能传输,节省充电时间,结合USB_PD快速充电协议设计了一款快充移动电源。本设计采用易能微电子科技有限公司的EDP3010可重构数字电源芯片为控制器,通过构建相关硬件电路以及相应软件的编写,实现了基于USB_PD协议的快速充电功能,给四串锂电池组充电最大功率可以达到90 W,可为支持USB_PD协议的电子设备进行快速充电,最大输出功率达65 W,且具有多项保护功能可保证充放电过程的安全进行。

Abstract:In order to achieve high power transmission of mobile power source and save charging time,a fast charging mobile power source is designed based on USB_PD fast charging protocol.This design uses EDP3010 reconfigurable digital power supply chip of EasyPower as the controller.The quick charging function based on USB_PD protocol is completed by constructing related hardware circuit and writing corresponding software.The maximum charging power of four-string lithium battery pack can reach 90 W,which can be used for quick charging of electronic devices supporting USB_PD protocol,and the maximum output power can reach 65 W,with multiple protection functions to ensure the safe charging and discharging process.
