微波强化提取大枣多糖的研究

摘    要:通过正交试验确定了微波法强化提取大枣多糖的实验条件,并与常规的水浴提取法作了比较。结果表明,工艺条件为浸泡时间60min、pH6.5,微波处理5min,多糖浸提率为5.26%。与传统溶剂提取法相比,采用溶剂浸泡与微波提取集成技术提取大枣中的多糖具有明显的提取效果。

Abstract:Microwave extraction was used as intensification technology to extract jujube polysaccharide. The orthogonal test design was used to optimize the effects of main factors on the extraction yield of polysaccharide. The optimal parameters are as follows.marinated time being controlled at 60 minutes,pH being adjusted to 6.5,the time of microwave extraction being 5minutes. Under this condition,the yield ratio of polysaccharide is above 5.26%. Compared with traditional extraction process, the results showed that the combination of the traditional method and microwave extraction is more effective to extraction and purification in jujube polysaccharide.
