摘    要:基于电机控制器速度环的快速转速调节响应特点,提出了换挡过程借助电机速度调节、缩短换挡过程啮合齿轮同步时间的电机与自动机械变速器的综合协调控制方法.以研制的GZ6110HEV混联式混合动力电动大客车为例,建立系统的动力学模型,通过仿真和试验,证明该方法能大大缩短换挡时间,是有效和实用的.

Abstract:A method to synthetically control the motor working together with the automatic mechanical transmission(AMT) is put forward based on the fast rotating-speed adjustment response of the speed loop in the motor controller.In this method,the shifting process is adjusted by the motor speed and the shifting time of joggled gears is shortened.The GZ6110HEV hybrid electric bus is then used as a control target to build a dynamic model of the driving line.Simulated and experimental results indicate that the proposed method is effective and practicable due to its advantage in shortening the shifting time.
