摘    要:基于齿轮齿条式液压助力转向系统的重要性,根据总布置输入的数据和实测相关数据计算出转向阻力随车速的变化关系.根据转向阻力的分析计算结果对转向泵和转向器进行搭配,并调整匹配转向机特性曲线和转向油泵特性曲线,优化转向系统输出,满足阻力曲线要求.最终得出一种利用经验公式与理论结合建立系统模型进行匹配分析的有效方法.

Abstract:Based on the importance of the gear and rack type hydraulic power assisted steering system, the relationship between the steering resistance and the vehicle speed is calculated by the overall layout input data and measured data. According to the analysis results of the steering resistance, the steering pump and the steering gear are matched, and the characteristic curves of these two parts are adjusted and matched. Then, the steering system output are optimized, the results meet the requirements of the steering resistance curve. Finally, combining empirical formulas and theories, an effective method which can build system model for matching analysis is obtained.
