| Abstract: | The present paper covers a new method for identification of DHA-, EPA-esters in nutrientcapsules by headspace gas chromatography. The method can be applied to distinguish DHA-M, EPAM or DHA-E, EPA-E in nutrient capsules.It is very simple and rapid. The results were satisfactory. |
