基于遗传算法的电火花线切割多次切割工艺目标优化研究

摘    要:针对多次切割影响因素繁多的特点,分析了主要电参数对多次切割的影响规律,在此基础上进行了多次切割正交实验。运用遗传算法对工艺参数进行了优化,研究结果表明在高速走丝线切割机床上能实现多次切割加工,显著提高工艺指标。

Abstract:According to the characteristics that Multi-cutting has many effect factors,this paper analyzed the effect of main electrical parameters to Multi-cutting,and design orthogonal experiment on this base.The process parameters are optimized by genetic algorithm,the results of research showed that the multi-cutting can be realized in HS-WEDM,and improve technics index significantly.
