基于BP神经网络的挖掘机智能故障诊断知识库设计

摘    要:介绍了基于BP神经网络智能故障诊断技术在贵阳矿山机器厂O.8m3.液压挖掘机故障诊断系统应用中系统故障诊断神经网络知识库设计的方法与步骤,结合液压泵子系统故障诊断实例详细阐述了智能故障诊断故障库设计过程中神经网络建立、训练样本获取及神经网络学习的具体方法.

Abstract:The process of fault diagnosis neural network knowledge base design in the fault diagnosis system application of 0.8m 3 fluid drive grab in Guiyang Kuangshan Machine Factory based on BP neural network intelligent fault diagnosis is introduced.Utilizing the example of hydraulic pump subsystem fault diagnosis,the method of building neural network,obtaining training samples and neural network learning in the process of intelligent fault diagnosis are expounded.
