超声波在染色中的应用研究

摘    要:以还原绿FFB对亚麻纱的染色为例.对超声波染色进行了研究,并与常规染色工艺比较,结果表明:超声波染色能够提高染料上染百分率,可以采用较少的染料染得较深的色泽纺织品,从而节约染料,降低环境污染。

Abstract:Based on dyeing linen yam with vat bright green FFB, the ultrasound dyeing was investigated , simultaneously compared with the conventional dyeing processes. It appeared that ultrasound dyeing can not only increase the up-take of dyes, save the amount of dyes ,protect the environment, the ultrasound dyeing is feasible in technology and rational in economic, has bright perspective of development in the new century.
