| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了照明节能技术在中国的发展历程，阐述了照明节能控制技术的现状与困境，通过对现有的电容就地补偿、集中补偿装置、系统节电器、SCR可控硅控制产品等节能控制技术的分析与比较，提出一种基于PWM脉宽调制和逆变技术的智能照明节电技术方案，并对具体的工作原理进行了分析与说明，最后对采用该技术的节能效果进行了分析与展望．
