| Abstract: | This paper expounds the developing situation of the railway construction materials enterprise and the geneses of such situation, and puts forward some developing countermeasures for the railway construction materials enterprise, which include strengthening the risk preventing ability, obtaining the profit through the management, normalizing the operation, carrying out the marketing strategy and diversified operation, and improving the personnel quality through the training, etc. |
