On Construction of Commercial Trade in Central Soviet Region

After the red political power,the central Soviet Area,had been established,in order to ensure the people's essential necessities and the war supplies and to defend and consolidate the Soviet political power.The Soviet Party and government took a series of effective measures in agriculture,industry and commerce to strengthen the Soviet Area's economic construction completely.The auther mainly discuss the influence of the commerce construction of Soviet Area to the development of Soviet economy and the consolidation of Soviet political power.
