微波消解火焰原子吸收光度法测定人参中的铜、铁

摘    要:采用微波消解样品和火焰原子吸收光度法,测定了人参中的铜、铁含量.结果表明,铜的加标回收率为100.3%,铁的加标回收率为100.9%,结果可靠,方法简便,可用于实际样品的测定.

Abstract:Ginseng samples were digested by microwave digestion,copper and iron were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results show that the recovery of copper and iron were 100.3% and 100.9% respectively.
