| Abstract: | Because of the dentification of teachers qualification certificates and the involvement of comprehensive universities with teacher training, the graduates of English from teachers colleges and universities find it more difficult to be qualified English teachers. In light of the new concept of English teacher training, this paper discussed the new ideas and strategies on reforming the training to English teachers at teachers colleges. |
