| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性肝细胞癌的螺旋CT双期增强特征及其诊断意义。方法回顾性分析42例原发性肝细胞癌螺旋CT双期增强扫描表现。结果42例病灶,平扫呈低密度或等密度;双期增强40例有强化,2例无明显强化,病灶强化密度呈＂早进早出＂的变化特点。结论螺旋CT双期扫描可充分反映原发性肝细胞癌的特征,对肝癌的检出和定性准确率的提高有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the feature and value of dual-phase contrast-enhanced spiral CT in diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods: Dual-phase contrast-enhanced spiral CT in diagnosis of 42 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma were retrospectively analysed.Results: On plain CT scan,the density of 42 lesions was hypodense or iso-dense.On enhanced CT scan,40 cases showed enhancement,2 cases didn't show enhancement.The density have the change of the early time enters the early withdrawal.Conclusion: It was obvious that dual-phase contrast-enhanced spiral CT could fully reflect the feature of hepatocellular carcinoma,improve considerably the detection and characterization rate of hepatocellular carcinoma. |
