风力干式选煤技术在北宿煤矿的应用

摘    要:兖州矿区北宿煤矿的煤质属高硫气煤类,燃烧后SO2排放量大,利用受到限制。跨入新世纪后,兖矿集团加快了高硫煤气化合成甲醇及气化发电项目的建议,给矿区高硫煤由燃料煤转向气化用原料煤提供了发展机遇。本文介绍了风力干式选煤技术的原理,针对北宿煤矿煤质特性,从多种选煤工艺方案中比选出投资少、生产成本低、经济效益显著,加工处理后能满足煤化电联产气化用原料煤要求的选煤工艺方案-风力干式选煤。

Abstract:The quality of coal in Beisu Coal Mine of YanZhou mining area belongs to high sulfur gas coal, whose so2 discharge is high after combustion (so its use is limited). On the new century, Yanzhou mining group speeds up the construction of high sulfur gas generating formaldehyde and gasification producing electricity, (which provide a development chance from fuel coal to raw coal used for gasification) The paper introduced the theory of coal selection technology dived by wind power. Directed against the quality of coal in Beisu Coal Mine, process scheme with Low investment, low production cost, high economic results is selected from many kinds of coal selection process schemes and can meet raw coal used electricity united gasification often processing treatment? Coal selection dried by wind power.
