| 摘 要： | 在Ｗｅｉｂｕｌｌ分布场合，排除形状参数与加速应力无关的限制，进行步加应力寿命试验的统计分析，给出正常应力水平下寿命分布参数及变异系数估计。

| Abstract: | For the occasion of Weibull distribution, a statistical analysis is made on stepwisely stress accelerated life test which gets rid of the assumption that the shape parameter keeps invariable under different stress level. An estimate is given to distribution parameter of life and variational coefficient under normal stress level. |
