托达罗模型与“民工荒”的经济学透视

运用托达罗(Todaro)模型分析了农村人口流动的内在机制，探讨了影响中国目前人口流动的现实原因。从而解释了当前在珠三角、长三角等沿海地区出现的“民工荒”现象，并依据相似逻辑认为沿海地区将来可能出现“资本荒”现象，并提出解决此类要素“荒”的思路。

Todaro Model and the Economic Perspectivity of the Shortage of Civilian Workers

This paper analyzes on the intrinsic mechanism of the outflow of the rural population by using the Todaro Model, probes into the actual reasons influencing the current flowage in China, explains the phenomenon of the shortage of civilian workers in the Peal River Delta, Yangtse River Delta and other coastal areas, and holds that the phenomenon of the shortage of civilian workers will occur in the coastal areas in the future by using the similarity logic, and puts forward some ideas for solving such shortage of the element factors.
