关于劳动所得占国民收入比重不断下降的实证分析

近年来，中国的劳动所得占国民收入的比重逐年下降，文章通过运用C—D生产函数，对1990年与2007年的数据进行实证分析，反映出国民收入分配中，劳动所得的比重不断下降．一方面是由于劳动和资本两种生产要素的资源禀赋不同，造成的要素报酬不同；另一方面则与我国的产业结构相关，随着大量高校毕业生进入劳动市场，发展劳动密集型的产业策略已经不适合现代劳动力市场结构的变化，劳动者的素质无法通过工资报酬呈现，劳动的贡献率逐年下降，造成了劳动所得占国民收入的比重不断下降．

Empirical Analysis of the Declining Share of Labor Gains in National Income

This paper reviews evidences for the view of the declining ratio of the Earnings of Labor in national income.We use methods of Least squares of estimation to investigate this psychology,present an analysis of yearly data in 1990 and 2007 to show the declining ratio.Finally,we attempt to recover the underlying reasons for the declining tendency and make suggestions about how to improve the make-ups of the Gains of Labor in National Income.
