| 摘 要： | 利用液体法培养红曲霉生产脂肪酶过程中，培养基中的碳源浓度为６％～８％，氮源浓度为４％左右，发酵温度３５℃，ｐＨ４．５，发酵时间控制在４２～４８ｈ之间，脂肪酶活力可达到３５０μ／ｍｌ。
