| 摘 要： | 目前对于农村劳动力转移的理论研究很多,西方国家依据“二元经济结构”理论对农村劳动力转移的研究形成了刘易斯的二元经济模型、拉尼斯-费景汉模型、乔根森模型、托达罗劳动力转移模型等.分别对这几种理论模式进行了评析,并且对西方国家关于农村劳动力转移的理论模式论和实践经验进行了归纳总结,旨在为我国解决农村剩余劳动力转移问题提供切合我国实际的科学理论依据和实践经验,以便更好地促进我国农村劳动力的转移,推进我国城市化进程.

| Abstract: | At present,there are many studies about the rural labor force migration.According to the theory of dual-economy structure,the western economists of development economics had established dual-economy model,such as Lewis W A model,Fei J-Ranis G Model,Jorgenson D W model,population flows model by Todaro M P and so on.The paper not only analyses and comments on the theory of rural labor force migration separately,but also summarizes and concludes that theory and experience about rural labor migration based on dual-economy in the Occident.The paper's purpose is to provide scientific theory and practical experiences for solving the problem of rural labor migration in our country,so that accelerating rural labor migration and pushing the course of urbanization in china. |
