摘    要:许多菲类化合物有强的生理活性,最近报导了10,10′-二取代-9,9′联菲的合成及其具有轴不对称性和不对称诱导作用.本文用付里叶变换红外光谱仪对9-取代菲、9,10-二取代菲(Ⅰ)和10,10′-二取代-9,9′-联菲(Ⅱ)进行了测定,并探讨了其结构与红外光谱吸收的规律.发现这类化合物在1620~1480cm~(-1)和900~650cm~(-1)处具有显著的特征吸收规律,并且9,10-二取代菲的吸收规律与9-取代菲有明显的区别,而

Abstract:The correlation between the structures and the Fourier Transform IR spectra of 9-substituted, 9, 10-disubstituted phenanthrenes, and 10,10'-disubstituted-9, 9'-biphenanthrenes was studied. Their characteristic absorptions were found to be occurred in the regions of 1620-1480 and 900-650cm~(-1).There were significanl differences in the spectra of 9-substituted and 9,10-disubstituted phenanthrenes, although the latter were similar to 10,10'-disubstituted-9, 9'-biphenanthrenes. In all above cases, the effects of substituted groups in terms of their electronic proporties to the spectra were also discussed.
