| 摘 要： | 对一年生黄檗幼苗各部位中小檗碱、药根碱和掌叶防己碱含量及动态变化过程进行了分析,结果表明三种生物碱在茎外皮含量最高,其次是根,而茎木质部含量极低.茎外皮和茎木质部中三种生物碱总的变化趋势是随发育期逐渐升高,尤其在落叶前升高幅度较大;根中三种生物碱含量总体上是随生长进程先上升,而在生长后期下降.结合生物量计算得到单株产量,结果为越接近生长后期三种生物碱单株总产量越高,其中根的产量最高. |

| Abstract: | By surveying the contents of berberine,jatrorrhizine and palmatine in different parts of one-year-old seedlings of amur corktree,analysed the contents and dynamics of them.Result showed that the contents of three alkaloids were the highest in stem cortex and higher in root but lowest in stem xylem.The changing tendency of the three alkaloids contents in stem cortex and stem xylem gradually increased in different growth stage especially in corktree seedlings at late periods of development.The three alkaloids contents in root totally increased with the growth of amur corktree seedlings and decreased in its late growth.By combining biomass to calculate the output of each strain,found that the three alkaloids of a single plant were more and more along with late period of its growth and especially arrived at the most in the root. |
