摘    要:为研究当今移动终端金属器件对内置多频天线电磁特性的影响,提出平面倒F(planar inverted F antenna,PIFA)、单极、低温共烧陶瓷(low temperature co-fired ceramic,LTCC)在直板手机模式下,重点从天线的谐振频率、带宽和增益3个参数角度出发,分别研究了金属器件:扬声器、电池与3种不同类型天线的相对关系,以及对天线性能的影响。总结出3种不同类型的内置手机天线对终端环境的抗干扰特性。综合结果表明,PIFA、单极、LTCC天线的抗干扰特性依次增强;制作的实际模型与测试验证的仿真结果基本吻合。

Abstract:For the study of the effects between metal components and internal antenna of the mobile terminal, three types of dual-band antennas, including PIFA, monopole and LTCC, are presented, and the effects on their performance of the relative position of the antennas to the metal components(speaker and battery)in a bar phone are researched. Resonant frequency, bandwidth and gain are shown in different relative position between metal components and internal antenna. The anti-jamming characteristics of these antennas are summarized in this paper. According to the comprehensive results, the anti-jamming characteristics of PIFA, monopole and LTCC antenna are progressively enhanceed. Furthermore, the measurement result is better consistent with simulation result.
