| 摘 要： | 关于范蠡晚年“止于陶”之“陶”，向有定陶、陶山两说。但据大量史料分析，定陶说或更近史迁原初判断，也更符合其它史籍逻辑、区域文化和人情事理。但其它地区的范蠡传说也非空穴来风，它们多在范蠡曾经活动过的地方，或是南北文化交流交汇处。范蠡研究，应致力于其辩证智慧的开掘，而不必在其落脚地上过分纠缠。

| Abstract: | Scholars have explained Tao, the place where Fan Li settled in his late years, by two different places： Dingtao and Taoshan. But, according to historical documents, Dingtao is more believable in the aspects of historical logic, regional cultural and common practice. However, other arguments are not unreasonable, either. |
