曲线同源连杆机构构成特性分析

摘    要:针对同源连杆机构构成特性存在的问题,采用数学建模方法,并用Matlab编程实现,研究结果表明,至少有九个平面铰链连杆机构描绘相同的连杆曲线,包括三个四杆机构,三个齿轮五杆机构,三个六杆机构,还提出:同源机构与原始机构的对应构件有相同的角速度:在通常使用情况下,同源四杆机构与原始四杆机构具有相同的传动角。该成果对机构学应用具有一定的参考价值和指导意义

Abstract:In view of the problem existing in the study of the connecting bar cognate mechanism constitution characteristics, with the mathematical modeling method, it is realized with Matlab. The result proves that, at least nine plane hinge link mechanisms produce the identical strip path curve, including three four-bar mechanisms, three gear five-bar mechanisms, three six-bar mechanisms. The article also proposes the corresponding component in the cognate mechanisms and theoriginal mechanism has the same angular speed. Under the usual service conditions, the 4-bar cognate mechanisms and their original mechanism have the same transmission angle. This achievement has stronger usability and guiding sense to mechanism application.
