| 摘 要： | 通过构建ST型缓冲器力学结构模型,在对ST型缓冲器进行理论分析的基础上,提出了从缓冲器结构到工艺的综合改进建议,并得到了试验验证,解决了ST型缓冲器阻抗力超限问题.
