基于锁相热像法的金属疲劳性能研究

摘    要:红外热像法作为一种无损、实时及非接触的测试技术,已被广泛地应用于疲劳研究中。近年来,提出了一些用于快速确定材料及构件疲劳极限的热像法,并得到了很好地开发与推广。基于能量耗散理论,借助于先进的锁相热像技术,快速地测定含盲孔的Q235钢的疲劳极限。该研究还表明,在测量结构的疲劳极限时应同时兼顾材料和结构两种效应。
