| 摘 要： | 传统的产业集群研究都是基于产业集群中所有的企业都是同质的,它们均一地相互作用,以及在产业集群的知识创造过程中,机构比单个企业更为重要。然而,研究单个企业所积累的大量证据表明,产业集群企业具有异质性。核心企业在产业集群知识转移和知识创造过程中扮演着十分关键的角色,核心企业是产业集群的创新引擎、集群与外部联系的"桥梁"以及集群的知识扩散源。基于核心企业的产业集群中存在着产品模仿、人力资源的流动、企业间的关系以及新企业的衍生等四种知识转移机制。

| Abstract: | The traditional study of industrial cluster is based on the assumptions that the firm is homogenous and evenly interactive and the institution is more than the firm in the process of knowledge creation and transfer.The paper criticizes this assumption.Based on the heterogeneity of firm,it agrees that focal firm is the engine of innovation,the bridge between cluster and the external world,and the sources of knowledge diffusion,brings forward fourth mechanisms of knowledge transfer in industrial cluster based on focal firm. |
