摘    要:目的:研究野生山葡萄总多酚的浸提条件.方法:选择提取剂、提取剂浓度、提取时间、温度、料液比以及提取次数6种因素进行梯度实验。确定最佳提取条件.结果与结论:提取溶剂为甲醇、浓度为60%~80%,提取时间为2~4h,常温提取,2次提取料液比为l:20为宜,3次提取料液比l:5最佳.

Abstract:Objective To study the total polyphenols extracted condition from wild grape. Methods The gradient experiments of single factor were made by choosing extracting reagent, concentration of extracting reagent, extracting time, extracting temperature, proportion of material-liquid and extracting times. The best extraction condition range was determined. Results and Conclusion The optimum extracting conditions for wild grape were confirmed. The extracting reagent is carbinol, the concentration is 60 % - 80 % , extracting time is 2 - 4 h, the temperature is normai, the proportion of material and extracting agent is 1: 20 for 2 times extraction, the proportion of material and extracting agent is 1 :5 for 3 times extraction.
