苯基表面改性MSU-x型介孔分子筛的合成与表征

摘    要:在中性条件下以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚非离子表面活性剂C15H31O(CH2CH2O)9H(A(EO)9)为模板剂,用苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PTMS)与正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)共水解缩聚合成了苯基官能化的MSU-x介孔分子筛(Ph-MSU-x).用红外光谱(FT-IR)、小角X射线衍射(SAXRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析(TGA)和氮气吸附-脱附等分析手段对样品进行了表征.结果表明,苯基已成功键合至介孔孔道表面,并保持了MSU-x介孔分子筛三维立体交叉排列的蠕虫状孔道结构,且改性后的Ph-MSU-x具有较强的疏水性、较高的热稳定性以及较大的比表面积、孔容和较窄的孔径分布.

Abstract:Organic/inorganic hybrid mesoporous silica MSU-x with phenyl is synthesized by the single-step co-condensation of phenyltriethoxysilane(PTMS) and tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) using fattyalcohol polyoxyethylene ether(A(EO)9) as the template under neutral conditions.The samples are characterized by FT-IR,SAXRD,SEM,TGA and N2 adsorption-desorption.The results show that the organic/inorganic hybrid material still preserves a three-dimensionalworm-likestructure.The Ph-MSU-x has strong hydrophobicity,high thermal stab...
