东方草莓的化学成分研究

摘    要:对东方草莓(Fragaria Orientalis Lozinsk.)进行了系统的化学成分研究.采用正相硅胶柱、反相硅胶柱、MCI凝胶柱、凝胶柱及高效液相色谱对东方草莓的甲醇提取物分离得到一系列化合物,通过MS、NMR等波谱技术鉴定了其中的8个化合物,分别为(+)-儿茶素(1)、山柰酚-3-O-(6″-反式-对-香豆酰基)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(2)、对羟基苯乙醇(3)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯乙醇(4)、芹菜素(5)、槲皮素(6)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡糖苷(7)、β-谷甾醇(8).

Abstract:This research focused on the study of the chemical constituents from the methanolic extract of Fragaria Orientalis Lozinsk. Eight compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques. Their structures were mainly identified by MS and NMR spectra. Eight compounds were isolated and identified as( +)- catechin( 1),kaempferol- 3- O-6"- O-( E)- p- coumaroyl- β- D- glucopyranoside( 2),p- hydroxyphenethyl alcohol( 3),3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-phenyl-ethanol( 4),apigenin( 5),quercetin( 6),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside( 7),and β- sitosterol( 8). Compounds 1—8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
