电容式气-固两相流相浓度传感器的优化设计

摘    要:气固两相流相浓度是工业亟需的一个难以准确测量的重要参数。该文从工业应用角度出发 ,设计了一种带有对称边保护极板的螺旋形状表面板电容式相浓度传感器。采用三维有限元方法和正交试验设计方法相结合对传感器结构进行了优化设计。经实验验证 ,其检测场均匀性误差低于5 % ,显著地改善了电容传感器的“软场效应”,有效地减小了相分布及流型变化对测量结果的影响 ;与电容式速度传感器等组合成一体化装置 ,可用于在线测量气送粉体的瞬时流量。已在现场应用 ,运行效果良好

Abstract:The phase concentration of gas/solid two phase flows is an important parameter for many industries, but it is very difficult to be measured accurately. A helical shaped surface plates capacitive transducer has been designed for industrial phase concentration measurements. The finite element analysis method was used to analyze the static electric field with the orthogonal design method to optimize the transducer. The experimental results showed that the homogeneous error of the sensitivity distribution in the sensing field was less than 5%, which made the measurement result insensitive to phase distribution and flow regime changes. The "soft field" of the capacitive transducer was significantly improved the transducer can be used with a capacitance based velocity transducer to measure the mass flow of gas/solid two phase flows. The transducer has been used industrialy with good result.
