| 摘 要： | 跨国虚拟研究中心是虚拟组织 (或动态联盟 )概念渗透于科研机构所形成的一种新的科学研究模式。为了推动我国科学研究与技术产业更快发展 ,探讨新的研发模式———跨国虚拟研究开发中心已势在必行。文章探讨跨国虚拟研究中心合作伙伴选择准则、合作伙伴选择的神经网络方法、合作伙伴的国别区域政策分析、政府对跨国虚拟研究中心的支持、跨国虚拟研究中心的运作模式与工作方式 ,为组建和运作跨国虚拟研究中心提供依据和参考

| Abstract: | The globe virtual research center is a nw science research pattern that is formed by the penetration of virtual organization(dynamic alliance)to science research organization.In order to urge the rapid development of science research and technology industry in our country,the discussion of the research and development mode,globe virtual research center,is imperative under the situation.In the paper,the partner selection rule of globe virtual research center,the nerve network approach of partner selection,the policy analysis of country and region of partner,the encouragement of the government to globe virtual research center as well as the operation pattern and work way of globe virtual research center are discussed,and the relevant results can be used as the reference and evidence for constructing and operating globe virtual research center. |
