| 摘 要： | 通过分析当前国内组织设计理论研究的状况 ,提出组织设计的研究具有重要的现实意义。介绍了国外企业组织的评价准则 ,提出了组织设计的约束条件 ,并用评价准则对工业经济时代的企业组织形式进行了分析 ,给出了组织设计的逻辑过程 ,最后结合应用情况对组织设计的一般方法进行了评述。

| Abstract: | The purpose of research on organization design and the defects of current research are pointed out.The criteria of assessing enterprise organization are put forward,the constraining conditions of enterprise organization design are analyzed,and the logical program of enterprise organization design is given.At the end,the general method of organization design is assessed. |
